| Every 3 months, a team of approximately 15 travels from France to make deliveries of medicines and medical supplies, train locals in various ways to improve the care of infants, children and hospital patients, establish various infrastructures link to the improvement of
sanitation (dispensaries, water pumps etc.) and inspect the ones they have already set up.
One of the newest actions is the creation of a bus outfitted as a traveling ophthalmology
office, there are also plans for another bus that will perform dental work.
In parallel to the exclusively medical help we provide, other actions are planned, oriented
more towards the need for water in some villages and the installation of solar panels to
produce the necessary energy for the conservation of specific medicines and vaccines and
development of better urban hygiene in the villages. |
